Important notes:

● I do not allow my art to be used for A.I. Or NFT.● In the situation where you do obtain the sketch or lineart, you may not profit from the sketch or lineart via tracing or using any section as a YCH (your character here) template.● Do not reproduced for profit (nfts, tracing, reselling, merch) or used commercially unless you pay for the commercial use fee.● I have the right to refuse a commission without giving a reason.● I reserve the right to cancel a commission for rude / inappropriate behavior or violation of TOS. As a result, you will be blacklisted and no refund will be given.● I reserve the right to display commission work on my social media, portfolio and more unless stated otherwise. (If you want to be tagged, please let me know in advance, or else the name is blank.)● All commissions will be used for personal use unless stated otherwise; (which must be discussed with the artist thoroughly)● Posting the commission on social media with proper credit is a must.● Please provide clear visual descriptions; long and/or vague descriptions will take longer and may be difficult on both ends.● I will not give out commissions without my signature or watermark.● Do not claim my art as your own or altering the artwork without my consent.● If you go against the TOS, I have the right to blacklist you and inform other artists

Payment Details:

● Payments will be accepted via PayPal or GCash.● You may not cancel or refund once the initial sketch is approved. (Only 3 revisions max, any more must pay additional $5 per revisions.)● Complex character designs and/or complex backgrounds will require extra payment.● Prices are subject to change, but they are non-negotiable.● If payment hasn't been received within 72 hours with no further information from you, I have the right to cancel the commission.

Payment Methods:

● Full payment : must pay in full after the initial sketch is done● Down payment : 1st payment is 60% of the total price, then the remaining 40% as 2nd payment (unless any added payment from the revisions if ever)

1st payment : after initial sketch has been sent and approved
2nd payment : once the piece is finished (+ any additional payment from the revisions if ever)

Commission Process:

● Completion time may vary. I don't have definite deadline. It depends on many factors such as; health, commission slot, complexity, work, school or irl issues. Expect me to finish your commission in 1 week - 2 months. I will inform you if i need more time.● Flats / Chibi Commissions may take 1-5 days to complete.● The first sketch will be sent (until initial sketch has been approved)● Once I approve your commission request I will inform you via your socials. If you didn't reply in 48 hours, I will have to cancel your commission.● If the first payment hasn't been done in 48 hours with no further info from you, after the sketch has been approved, I have the rights to cancel your commission.● If the commissioner wants to cancel a commission, they must do so before making payment. There are no refunds after the sketch is approved.● Major changes are allowed only at sketch phase. Maximum revision is 3 times. Revision after it and major revision after sketch is approved will require a $5 fee per revision. Will not be charged if it's me missing small details.● You have the right to ask about the commission's progress. Please do not rush me however.● The final results will be sent via email. You can request to have the finished piece sent to you through other method (ex. Discord, or google drive link)

Credit and Copyright

● You are allowed to post the commission, or use it as an icon. Credits must always be given to my Instagram/Twitter.● You may not remove my watermark.● You cannot claim my art as your own.● You are not permitted to use/post any commission piece you haven't paid for.● You may not use my commission or profit from them without commercial use rights from me.● I charge an one-time fee of +100% of the total price (double the total price) for any commercial usage.● Including but not limited to: printing, virtual youtuber graphics, album or book covers, promotional artwork, game illustrations.
